Job Summary :
HealthEquity is looking for a creative and energetic Social Media Specialist to join the Marketing team. This position will drive HealthEquity’s superior member education to various applicable online resources. The position will continuously monitor online applications to better serve and educate HealthEquity’s members and followers.
The successful candidate will have a passion for member education an! d customer service. In addition, they will be adept to all app! licable social media outlets to effectively drive and monitor the content to ensure consistency and accuracy throughout each platform. They will be creative and innovative as they drive the growth of HealthEquity’s online presence.
This is roughly 20-hour week position. During the time the candidate will be working in this position, they will sit, interact, and be fully integrated as a member of the Marketing department.
Duties:
Manage daily posts across applicable social media outlets
Provide superior education and consistent messaging in all outlets
Regular monitoring and engagement on all applicable sites
Report on online social media statistics
Effectively organize and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
Maintain consistent messaging and branding on online content
Provide ownership to drive HealthEquity’s social media presence
Qualifications:
Super! ior knowledge of the health savings account industry
Passion for member education and social media platforms
Creative nature and spirit to enhance social media presence
Strong computer skills and social media proficiency
Social media monitoring experience a plus
