Under the direction of the Cliff Club Manager provides high quality service to Cliff Club Owners and guests. Covers Cliff Club Owner Services Office and Cliff Lodge Front Desk on an as needed basis.
Position Functions / Areas of Responsibility
1. Responsible for the daily operation of the Cliff Club which includes, data input, answering the phone, and completion of ass! igned daily tasks.
2. Assists with checking owners/guests ! in and out as needed.
3. Effective communication with owners / guest and co-workers regarding owner feedback, comments and requests in order to provide STAR level service.
4. Enhance owner / guest experience by providing up to date information in regards to resort activities, amenities and events.
5. Receives owner / guest complaints and resolves disputes.
6. Processing of owner reservations to insure accuracy and meet required deadlines.
7. Works closely with exchange companies to insure accuracy of owner and exchange reservations.
8. Processing of owners requests to deposit timeshare usage with exchange companies.
9. Posts charges and accepts payment from owners for services and assessments.
10. Travel: None
Interactions
1. Direct and continuous contact with guests.
2. Direct and continuous contact with co-workers, management, and other departments.
3. Must have the ability to interact at any time with guests and! other employees in a pleasant manner and maintain good working relationships with others and all departments at Snowbird.
Education & Experience Requirements
1 High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2. 1-2 years of job-specific work experience with demonstrated competence.
Specific Requirements:
1. Must be at least 18 years of age.
Skills & Knowledge
Technical:
Requires written communication with owners on personal computer. Will use Cliff Club property management system and other software programs when resolving guestsâ issues and concerns or answering reservations and accounting questions. May require the ability to apply mathematical skills with a high degree of accuracy. Uses general office equipment.
Administrative:
Requires problem solving and initiation of less clearly defined job activities. Makes relatively complex decisions regarding resolution of customer complaints. Dec! isions are made within broad procedural guidelines.
Working Co! nditions
Work Schedule:
1 Shifts vary, may be early morning or late evening, weekends, holidays, depending on business levels.
2. Monday â" Friday, 8:30 am to 5 pm, with some nights and weekends as required by workload and special events.
Mental:
1 Must be prepared to stay overnight if necessary on occasional times of road closures.
2 May experience unusual stress from high business volumes, deadlines, continual work with public, winter conditions, snow night requirements and commuting to/from Snowbird.
Physical:
1 Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
2 General office environment with limited physical activity.
3 Work is routine in pleasant, comfortable surroundings. General office conditions prevail.
4 Work is subject to frequent interruptions making continuity and accuracy difficult, frequent exposure to noise.
