About the Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the CEO of TSTF. The incumbent will be responsible for administrative duties, including but not limited to making travel reservations; assisting with scheduling appointments; reviewing, and sorting all incoming email correspondence for the CEO; assist with sorting and cataloging documents on SharePoint. Special projects as assigned.

Core Responsibilities
- Schedule meetings and log scheduling requests
- Coordinate travel logistics
- Sort and catalog electronic files
- Review and sort incoming emails identifying action needed
- Work on various ad-hoc projects as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
What we're looking for:
- Minimum Required: High School Diploma
- Preferred: Associate degree
- Minimum Required: 1-2 years of office work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including written and spoken communication
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Compensation
This opportunity runs for six weeks from the date of hire, and is slated to work 15 – 20 hours per week with an hourly rate range of $22 - $24/hour.
