Job Description:

- Full time, in-person position at our beautiful Tustin showroom
- Communicate professionally to customers via email, phone, and in-person to determine their awards and promotional products needs
- Recommend products within clients' budgets and deadlines
- Write clear and accurate notes for every order
- Collaborate with graphic design, engraving, and assembly teams
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Professional, intelligent, organized, proactive, efficient
- Quick learner and team player
- Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service
- Business to business sales experience
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and spelling skills
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in all situations
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet skills
