Key Responsibilities:
Drive and manage
high volume
full life-cycle recruitment process
Establish sourcing and candidate development methodologies, processes and practices committed to outstanding client service and delivery
Work closely with hiring managers at all levels
Communicate recruiting strategies and partner with business leaders across our groups
Design, implement and manage multiple recruiting efforts as well as recruiting projects
Update and maintain applicant tracking system
Responsible for ensuring all hiring processes adhere to EEO and OFCCP guidelines and other government compliance requirements
Promote Xerox Services career opportunities to the professional and campus community via networking, conference attendance and career events.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
5+ years of progressive recruiting experience
Preferred Skills/Experience:
A combination of corporate and agency recruiting experience
Demonstrated sourcing skills to attract the passive candidate
Experience influencing and interacting with senior management team
Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) -- Taleo a plus
Experience with high volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment
Ability to carry a heavy requisition load
Working knowledge of OFCCP guidelines
Understanding of all components of Human Resources (employee relations, compensation, benefits, etc.)
Professional Skills:
Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities
Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
