The Workplace Technology Services team provides global service and support for all Workplace Applications and Platform products. Working with product engineer! s the team leverages a comprehensive understanding of the infrastructure environment to ensure that new products are integrated with consistency and quality. The team also facilitates standard support practices and procedures through a robust Service Management program.
Basic Qualifications Technical Qualifications
Windows
- Systems â€" Windows XP, Windows 7, Server 2003, Server 2008(R2) (Preferred â€" Linux/Unix)
- Roles â€" Active Directory, IIS, DNS, DHCP, DFS, .NET
- Experience using scripting languages to administer enterprise systems:
- Examples: WMI, PowerShell, WSH, Perl, VBScript
- Working knowledge of computing environments and integration of technical products into those environments.
- Enterprise experience is preferred.
- Must be a self-starter, a team player, and be able work in a fast paced, environment.
- Excellent analytical and problems solving ! skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skil! ls (verbal, written).
