Description: This position is responsible for the successful and on-time implementation of Health & Welfare Benefits clients through the effective execution of AIM (ADP Implementation Methodology) using excellent technical, analytical, communication, organization, and client service skills to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Key Factors:Configuration:
- Configuration of Health and Welfare implementation clients based on client defined specifications. ·
- Directs India Support for configuration of client systems.
- Knowledge of employee life cycle from new hire to termination or retirement. - Recognizing hand offs between interfaces (e.g., HRIS, eligibility, CES, COBRA, ECS, Payroll, DVS).
- Understand user interface functionality and navigation â" top down vs. indexed and when to use; staging; pending events; retiree processing; beneficiaries; rollover; how regulations impact th! e use of our system.
- Ability to take source data, manipulate and update where appropriate.
- Reviews Diagnostic Reports for errors, determines cause and effectively corrects issue through direct system manipulation or working with other team members to solve the errors.
- Works with India Support to conduct Unit Testing.
- Makes appropriate changes during the different testing phases in a timely manner. - Provides guidance, encouragement and knowledgebase for client and internal teams during the validation process.
- Prepares work plans for owned tasks and manages self to completion of those tasks.
- Keeps project management apprised of deliverables and potential missed deadlines due to outstanding items from client and internal team members.
- Proactively offers solutions for potential issues, plan design gaps, system best practices to internal/exter! nal team members.
- Ensures issues and risks are documented and w! orks with team members to resolve.
- 5 â" 10% Travel likely.

- Education and/or ExperienceBachelorâs Degree in a related field or equivalent in education and experience.
- Typically 2 â" 4 years of experience in a relevant industry, a HRIS practitioner and/or with system implementations.
- Professional certification preferred (PHR, CEBS, GBA etc.).
