We are looking for a Cleaner to join our team and help keep our various properties, job sites, and projects in a clean and orderly condition. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing. The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. We are looking for someone who is reliable, organized, and has a strong work ethic. This position requires traveling to the different locations, so would mean having reliable transportation. The locations and times vary, so having a flexible schedule is important. There is room for customizing what that looks like so long as deadlines and standards are met.
Responsibilities:

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, and other surfaces.
- Empty wastebaskets and replace liners.
- Dust furniture and fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and upholstery.
- Sweep, mop, and scrub floors.
- Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors.
- Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
- Clean ceiling tiles, vents, etc. as needed.
- Clean baseboards, window seals, and corners.
- Deep cleaning of properties for turnover to tenants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
