Position Summary
Support Medicity's Contracts Department including:
- supporting contract project management processes and coordinating with other functional areas to ! ensure contracts are thoroughly, accurately and efficiently completed.
- tracking and following-up on contract deliverables during development, review and signature process to ensure contracting deadlines and SLA's are met;
- managing Medicity's contract management system including maintenance of contracts and related documents.
Provide expertise in the areas of contracts, negotiations, and project management. Drive compliance with Aetna’s internal and external obligations.
Critical success factors include:
- The ability to properly prioritize and manage a heavy workload.
- The ability to effectively communicate and hold others accountable to deliverables and timelines.
- Possession of experience working with contract management systems (ideally Ariba).
- Poss! session of advanced Microsoft Word skills.
- Possession! of basic project management skills.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
