The role of Regional Director of Business Management, Sales and Marketing, will be to provide business management support and regional accountability for the following Distribution Centers: Park City, Carlsbad, Myrtle Beach and Club Direct Orlando as well as the HGV marketing operations in California. Business management support consists of conducting financial analysis to improve profitability through on-going review of process and! procedures. The Regional Director of Business Management will! facilitate and execute budgets and forecasting including anticipated revenue and expenses, on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis. The Regional Director of Business Management reports directly to the Senior Director of Business Management-Mainland US/Europe, supports the Regional Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and manages site-based Business Management team members. This role also works directly with the finance, accounting, legal and other corporate departments on the accuracy and consistency of information, implementation and compliance to corporate policies and continuity of systems and procedures.
Requirements

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s Degree

5 or more years of experience working in a role responsible for financial data management, accurate reporting, financial analysis, and the proven ability to work effectively with multiple system
3 or more years of experience building financial data in order to make s! trategic and tactical business decisions
5 or more years of experience building strong relationships and the ability to manage key stakeholders across disciplines with the awareness of priorities and goals of each
5 or more years of experience targeting and solving issues effectively while identifying new opportunities and approaches to programs
5 or more years of professional experience working independently including the experience and ability to recognize the need for involvement of other teams/peers and the capability to effectively facilitate that collaboration
3 or more years of experience managing others successfully and effectively
Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required
5 or more years of experience understanding and working with financial statements and journal entries
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance or Accounting
Advanced degree
Branded timeshare exper! ience
Multi-discipline experience working across multiple business ! functions including marketing, sales, operations, product form, branding, operations, finance, analytics, and partnerships.
