Role Overview
As a Co-Op, this individual will be an integral part of the Corporate Global Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion team. Reporting to the Director, Global DE&I, the primary function of this role is to assist with employee engagement and inclusive culture activities, including supporting Employee Resource Groups and creating DE&I content for Corporate and Enterprise Services employees.
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the ongoing RTX Employee Resource Group Transformation
- Partner with Communications and DE&I team to support Key DE&I Initiatives, including enterprise communications highlighting DE&I initiatives and efforts
- Partner Talent Acquisition to communicate key DE&I initiatives to new hires at New Hire Orientation
- Support program in development leveraging benchmarking against internal and reputable external sources
Required Qualifications
- Actively enrolled in an accredited college or university for the duration of the Co-Op assignment pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related Social Science degree. Please submit a copy of your academic transcripts with your application.
- Completion of at least Undergraduate Freshman year at an accredited University.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated interest in developing competencies in cultural intelligence, writing and communication, strategic planning, DEI self-awareness, understanding of systemic issues, critical thinking
Work Authorization Status
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX Corporate will not offer sponsorship for this position.
