Data Entry Specialist [United States]


 

As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for updating and maintaining records in the Forms Central database and discontinuing obsolete forms.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 3+ years of related experience.
  • Must live in the Greater Portland Area (on-site training).

Job Type: Full-time (1st shift)

Target pay: $20 / hr

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift: Monday – Friday (8am to 5pm).

Duties:

  • Keep the database updated.
  • Log printed materials in form records.
  • Identify procedural inconsistencies to assist in updating processes in Site Procedure Guide.
  • Design and create forms or other print materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
