Description With our strong investment in research and development and culture of continuous improvement Hexcel is the industry leader in the manufacturing of industrial fabrics and composite materials Over 4500 people work for Hexcel at various manufacturing sites sales offices and RT centers around the globehelliphellipwe call them our “Strength Within Hexcel is currently seeking an ERP Support Analyst to be located at their Salt Lake City site The ERP Support Analyst will be responsible for providing technical and business process support for endusers of company ERP system (finance sales and marketing customer service logistics production and operation support) The selected individual will be responsible for the following efforts Take ownership for incidents reported by endusers Resolve issues in a timely manner When escalation is required manage escalation through resolution and closer with the customer Understand the functionality of the ERP system Must develop a working knowledge of the forms transactions and reports available to endusers Should be able to advise endusers on how to do transactions within the various modules of the system ranging from financial transactions to logistics to production and shipping Should be fluent with business processes associated with the use of ERP and comfortable with manufacturing business terms and concepts Provide administrative support for the application environment This may include monitoring programs and processes resetting application configuration parameters and restarting background jobs Assist with loadbalancing based on infrastructure utilization Perform the administration tasks related to management of security for the installed AX system Qualifications BA or BS degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or and equivalent in Finance or Business A minimum of 3 years relevant experience in a complex multisite manufacturing environment Experience to include using and supporting multiple modules of an enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is essential Experience with Dynamics AX is desirable TrainingCoaching experience with User is essential This would include previously having worked at all levels within an organization from handson Users to Management Team members across multiple sites Ability to communicate clearly and concisely how the installed system functions ie how business processes have been implemented within the installed system Experience with MS SQL query language for the purpose of extracting data and aiding Users in developing personal scripts to improve job performance is highly desirable Experienced in working with a global business group is essential Internet Intranets and Extranets MS Office MS Project and MS Share Point MS SQL Query Language Understanding of SQL relationship concepts (ERD or UML concepts) APICS Training Certification desired Ability to communicate fluently in English Second language would be a plus Eligible candidate must be US citizen US national a person lawfully admitted for permanent residence a temporary resident under sections 210(a) or 245(A) of the Act a person admitted in refugee status a person granted asylum Hexcel is a NYSE listed international producer of composite materials reinforcements and structures serving commercial aerospace space defense and various industrial markets The company is a leader in the production of honeycombs prepegs and other fiber reinforced matrix systems woven and specialty reinforcements carbon fibers and aircraft structures Hexcel materials are used in thousands of products making everyday life easier and safer for millions of people around the world The lightweight tailorable nature of our materials has helped transform numerous industries over the past 60 years by making products lighter stronger and faster We are the strength within many of today’s lightweight highperformance products
