Description
The Sales Supervisor is responsible for teaching, coaching and recognizing that the ! behaviors of the Sales Team members, Multi-Channel Sales Associates (MCSA), Sales Transaction Assistant (STA) and Autotech's are appropriate for providing all customers with an excellent shopping experience. The Sales Supervisor is responsible for ensuring their team members have the knowledge and skill sets to execute upon business group(s) strategies in order to drive exceptional business results.
Key Responsibilities:
20% Teach and coach Sales Team member, MCSA, STA, and Autotech employees how to execute on their business area(s) strategies and improve individual and team performance through the "Integrated Frame Approach"- balancing the Customer, the Employee, and the Shareholder. Ensure Sales Team members, MCSA, STA, and Autotechs obtain the appropriate knowledge and expertise to provide an excellent customer experience as well as employee development by ensuring the completion of internal training program requirements. Conduct regular team training! meetings per the Company plan.
30% Analyze their Sal! es Team member, MCSA, STA, and Autotechs' individual and team performance by completing regular on-the-floor coaching, monthly Associate Capability Reviews and quarterly PDG (Performance Development Goal)discussions with all Sales Team member, MCSA, STA, and Autotech team members, as well as across the store as necessary.
50% Fulfill Sales Experience Leader (SEL) responsibilities to create a profitable and engaging sales floor experience, ensure that no customer is left underserved through effective floor leadership, and ensure the execution of assigned tasks to ensure proper merchandising and display functionality.
Basic Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Associate's Degree or higher
- 1 or more years of Supervisory experience
- 1 or more years of Retail experience
