The lucky candidate we select will enter our premier branch management training program offered through our state-of-the-art training facility, Truly University. Using a mix of hands-on training, classroom! sessions, and high-tech e-learning, you will have an opportunity to experience every facet of our business from sales to service, administration, and, of course, leadership! Once assigned to a branch, you will be equipped and responsible for managing and leading all aspects of the business, which exists to protect homes, structures, and the surrounding environment from unwanted pests.
We are seeking an individual with strong leadership qualities who is driven, assertive, independent, confident, accountable, open to feedback, results-oriented, and professional. The ideal candidate will possess absolute integrity, good judgment, a positive demeanor, the ability to communicate effectively, and a desire to help promote environmental health and safety. As a Branch Manager, your success will be directly linked to your desire to succeed and your desire to deploy these three senses: A sense of urgency, a sense of humor, and a sense of pride!
