Develops and retains a quality commercial client base with local businesses with significant real estate holdings in a variety of capacities through the a! cquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers.
- Responsible for meeting or exceeding established targets and goals
- Responsible for ongoing maintenance of customer relationships and servicing the customer's needs throughout the entire transaction process
- Responsible for interfacing with division sales manager and maintain weekly call report and CRM database
- Responsible for being active in professional organizations related to the commercial real estate industry
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial real estate or title experience to understand the commercial transactional process
- Demonstrated ability to be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Demonstrated strong presentation skills
- Proven ability to maximize percent of time in front! of the customer
- Demonstrated ability to perform admi! nistrative tasks during non-sales time
- Demonstrated ability to plan each sales call
- Proven ability to present professional image at all times
- Must maintain customer profiles and weekly call report
- Maintain CRM database
- Demonstrated ability to utilize information technology to save time
