For complete informations about this career opportunity please read the description below. : Researches and analyzes financial results and key business drivers to assist Sr. Management, including the Vice President and Director, in making business decisions. Prepares reportin! g and analysis on expense control, operating performance, capacity planning, operating plan, and forcecasting functions. Manages reporting staff and processes, accounts payable functions, budgeting process, while also contributing to the overall management of the business unit.

1. Prepares, monitors, and maintains budget (monthly and annual P&L) for center location and business unit. Reviews and approves all invoices, expense reports, and supply orders to ensure accuracy, reasonableness, and compliance to established policies. Has signing authority level commensurate with pay grade. Works directly with Finance and Accounting personnel to ensure accurate recognition of expenses. Analyzes complex problems which often include varying intangible factors. Generates and disseminates actionable information and analysis directly to multiple levels of senior management and makes appropriate recommendations. This function may include additional locations and additional busin! esses, but is mainly focused on one location/business.
2. Coordinates preparation and analysis of various management reports (capacity planning, standards & volumes, etc.) may include Monthly Operations Variance Report and Operations Briefing Book.

3. Manages staff responsible for the CMA analytic support and the New Albany and Lake Park Websites. Plans and structures work activities for team and monitors progress and results. Develops staff within area of responsibility in accordance with policy. Provides direction to additional resources located in alternate locations.

4. Manages ad-hoc projects of varying size and complexity. In conjunction with users, establishes project requirements, priorities and deadlines. Monitors project progress and adjusts resources and priorities accordingly.

5. Manages the call quality monitoring team as well as call strategy in the Center

6. Performs general administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Bachelors degree ! preferred(or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of demonstrated work experience.
• 2-5 years of managerial experience.
• Must currently be a PG 04 or above.
• Exposure to Accounts Payable process preferred
• Ability to analyze and work independently.
• Proficient in Excel, Access, and Word.
• Must have a “Successful Contributor” or higher rating on most recent Performance Evaluation.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills required.
• College degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or minimum of 5 years of related business experience.
• Strong analysis skills, including a solid understanding of the P&L and ability to analyze P&L transactions.
• Significant project management skills, documentation and written and oral communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of the various departments of the business unit.
• Ability to make decisions, work independently, and! adhere to strict deadlines.
• Strong computer skills including ! good working knowledge of Microsoft products, especially Excel. Working knowledge of Word, Access, and Hyperion Solutions preferred.
