Duties:
Lead teams of passionate, goal-driven developers
Participate in setting strategic direction for AtTask’s application architecture
Guide and mentor your team through formal training programs and career development roadmaps
Move fast and ship fast in a continuous delivery model
Work with senior leadership across the AtTask Engineering organization
Build out the people and processes that support AtTask’s Service-Oriented Architecture
Qualifications
Be awesome at:
Agile software development (XP, Scrum, Kanban)
Mentoring and coaching engineers and junior managers
SaaS business model
Building and executing business processes
Full stack Java development
Have experience with:
Maven
AngularJS
Object-oriented Javascript
Spring
JMS
SQL (Oracle, MySQL)
Git
Open Source
