As the Data Quality Analyst you will provide complex record analysis and management, and guides and will guide and ensure data quality across systems by:
- Examining systems and processes for accuracy to ensure compliance with procedures, regulations and standards.
- Identifying and correcting inaccurate processes, data and information.
- Developing policies and procedures to ensure future accuracy.
- Designing, coordinating, conducting and guiding transitions to electronic files and utilization of document management systems.
- Providing subject matter expertise in data management, system process, electronic records and other related areas.
- Assisting in the design, documentation, training, improvement, and quality assurance of business process, policies and systems.

- Complete high level analytical functions and determine accuracy of processes.
- Apply policy and regulations to analysis of complex information and data.
- Direct and lead subject matter experts in high level processes and projects.
- Provide expert guidance in the development of technical processes.
- Assist in the development of technical specifications for records management and information management systems.
- Coordinate, oversee, and train other staff members in best practices, policies and regulations.
- Performs reviews of information to identify problem areas and develop solutions to resolve issues.
- Coordinate in the design, documentation, improvement, and quality assurance of business pro cesses related to subject matter expertise.
- Identify and correct inaccurate information and data through complex analysis and determine means of ensuring future accuracy.
- Oversee, guide and manage the progress of complex projects.
- May supervise or assists with the supervision of subordinate personnel including: hiring, determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance, and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.

Supplemental Information:
- Standard Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
- Risks found in the typical office setting, which is adequately lighted, heated and ventilated, e.g., safe use of office equipment, avoiding trips and falls, observing fire regulations, etc.
- Typically, the employee may sit comfortably to perform the work; however, there may be some walking; standing; bending; carrying light items; driving an automobile, etc. Special physical demands are not required to perform the work.
