Position Description
TAHS seeks to hire a part-time tutor in Spanish for the summer of 2023. The student is a fluent speaker of English, but will be spending the summer in South Korea. He is currently in 10th grade and has had several years of Spanish study.
Sessions would begin in June, two times per week, for one hour each. The best time for classes would be 8 AM EST, ideally on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
A successful candidate will be a fluent speaker of Spanish with a solid knowledge of Spanish grammar and some experience in teaching the language to non-native speakers of Spanish. He or should prepare a short lesson in introductory Spanish for the interview.
