Position Summary

This position will be based in our corporate office located in Rancho Cucamonga. Our Payroll Assistant will work closely with our Payroll Specialist and assist with verifying timecards, commissions & reimbursements, etc. Additional responsibilities may be needed depending on the department and business needs.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in payroll, banking, finance, or related role
  • Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills

Job duties:

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and management
  • Assist with verifying employee timecards
  • Assist with calculating commissions
  • Assist with processing reimbursements
  • Assist with tracking and entering payroll

Start Rate: $20-22/hr depending on experience

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
