Your role:

As part of our customer support and social community management team, you will engage with our US community through our customer support tool and social media channels. This includes responding to DMs and comments on socials, serving as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries about Stapelstein, handling returns and complaints, and facilitating refunds. You will also ensure that our customer database is always up to date. In order to assist with any queries, you will be in touch with our manufacturer and logistics center. Working closely with the core team in Germany, you will help establish and maintain a satisfied and enthusiastic customer base in the US.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce, and you possess a deep understanding of American culture due to having grown up in the US. It's important that you reside in the US or are willing to work according to US hours (ET). Fluent in American English and at least one other language, you are capable of working independently, are well-organized, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. You communicate effectively and are familiar with the etiquette of modern communication. Your patience, calmness, and ability to remain composed in difficult situations are admirable qualities. You are genuinely dedicated to the Stapelstein® philosophy and can confidently convey it to the outside world. It would be ideal if you have a good understanding of the toy industry.

General conditions:

The salary for this position is around 40,000 – 60,000 $. As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere. We offer flexible working hours, with a commitment of 20-36 hours per week and daily availability. You will have the freedom to contribute your ideas and actively shape and develop our customer support initiatives. This role also provides the opportunity to gain insights into various business areas and collaborate with our core team in Germany.
