Outbound Sales Representative
Duties:
- Conduct warm calling to potential customers in the target market
- Perform outbound calls to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular follow-ups
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Experience:
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
