The position of Scheduling Representative is an important position in the Customer Loyalty Department. In this capacity, the individual will play a critical role in insuring that customers’ needs for service and repair are properly attended to. This position will require an extensive knowledge of the company’s technicians, the company’s repair and service processes and scheduling processes, etc. Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
A solid understanding of the need for discretion and the confidential handling of company information and a superior sense of integrity regarding the maintenance of confidential communications
Substantial knowledge of Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel and Outlook
Must have superior organizational skills
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills including having a professional and pleasant telephonic demeanor
Must have a positive “can do†attitude and contribute to a positive work environment
Must be able to multi-task and to work independently
Must be highly detail oriented
Must be conversant with computer programs dealing with maps as the position requires scheduling in different areas and maximizing the efficiency of the technician’s time
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Must have a High School Degree
The completion of some post secondary education is preferred but not required.
Must have 6 months to 1 year of experience in scheduling (preferably in the alarm industry)
Must have very effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must have an excellent command of the English language
