This high-profile position is responsible for overseeing operations, sales and leasing, financial performance, physical property condition and day-to-day operations of a portfolio of communities within a defined geographic region. We’ll rely on you for leadership and overall development of district staff, spearheading community sales and marketing efforts, and managing revenue/expenses/budgets.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of property management and sales/leasing experience in an environment involving extensive resident and community relations
- Experience managing and leading a team in multiple locations
- Experience with financial budgeting/reporting processes and systems
- Must be highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Valid state driver’s license
- 4-Year college degree
- Must be willing to travel
