Goodwill Assistant Manager

More complete informations about this position opportunity please read the description below. The Assistant Manager position is intended as a first step in Manager development. Promotion to Manager is not guaranteed, however, development is a focus whi! le assisting the Manager in efficient operations of the assigned store. The Assistant Manager will have the opportunity to take on a variety of management roles in order to provide different focus areas of development. Must assume management responsibilities when necessary. Assists in the supervision of retail and/or production activities to ensure that goals are met in production and sales. Assists in the operation of the store and plant for efficiency and meeting net income goals, driving financial performance while developing a strong service culture and providing hands-on leadership. Assists in the supervision and training of store personnel including new employees. Assure Easter Seals-Goodwill policies and procedures are uniformly followed.
Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends or longer shifts if needed. May be required to work more than 40 hours per week.
Must have good driving record and valid drivers’ license.
Must pass ! a background check.
