in Ogden, Utah with the premier provider of rehabilitation services in the
area.

Joining the dynamic team as an OT, you will implement high quality Occupational Therapy
services in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan of care.
Requirements :
Current License in good standing
1 + year experience
