This person will work with a team of Systems Administrators to deploy and manage inContact's Production Systems, SANs and supporting environment. S/he m anages all aspects of Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2003, an! d 2000 environment, including Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, Active Directory, Application and Database servers. In addition, this person is responsible for m anaging systems and environment in Production labs as well as m anaging monitoring systems. S/he m ust be able to work in a team environment and be willing to share knowledge and responsibilities with team members. This individual is also responsible for e nsuring assets are logged and accounted for, maintaining remote co-location equipment and maintaining domain and security thereof.
This Is What You'll Get To Do
Manage Production systems environment
Manage Production storage/SAN environment
Manage Mail, DNS, FTP, IIS, and Application environments
Maintain Operating System software â€" installing, upgrading, patching
Set up and maintain server system and file security
Cable and rack servers and supporting equipment in co-location facilities (some travel will be req! uired)
Cross-train and share knowledge with team

Manage replication and backups
Manage Development and Staging Labs â€" software, hardware, power, network
Monitor and optimize performance of servers
M aintain documentation of servers and networking equipment
Work with vendors to troubleshoot problems and evaluate new products
Participate in the on-call rotation
Successful Candidates Will Have The Following Education, Experience & Specific Job Related Skills
College Degree or equivalent work experience required
MSCA, MCSE certifications preferred
7+ years in Windows Server Administration
7+ years installing/configuring server hardware and OS
Excellent knowledge of Windows Domains, Active Directory, DNS, Mail, DNS
Experience managing Storage Area Networks
Experience using OS imaging software
Solid foundation in Layer-2 and Layer-3 switching
Experience working with Management Systems and! SNMP
Bonus Experience:
Experience managing HP branded servers and SAN
Solaris/Linux administration
Microsoft SQL Server and MySQL
Experience managing VMware environment
