Responsibilities:
The restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.
Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
Maintaining a professional, safe and fun work environment for all employees
Assist in running a cost-effective and quality operation
Help promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales
Qualifications:
At least 1 year restaurant management experience
ServSafe Certification required
Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards· An! alyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to ! company standards and objectives
Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts
