Call Center Rep (Provo, Utah) Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
Assist customers, (1) who are seeking to cancel, (2) who are looking to move, (3) who want to transfer their system to another individual, etc…
Understand our Home Automation / Alarm system well enough to effectively help customers resolve concerns.
Work with our customer billing system to receive account payments, correct errors, and make necessary adjustments to customer contract obligations.
Stay motivated to reach goals and earn additional bonuses (based on performance) to your ! paycheck.
Call Center Rep (Provo, Utah) Required S! kills and Experience:
Ability to communicate clearly with Sales Reps and Install Techs.
A customer service oriented attitude.
Demonstrate a basic skill level with the following programs: Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Perform in a fast-paced and high expectation call center environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
This is an entry level job; however, because of the diverse nature of this job new employees must show a minimum amount of ability to take on the responsibilities required of this job.
