ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Merchandising, installing displays and installing POP in assigned store! s.
Stocking shelves according to plan-o-grams.
Present to and converse with customers and/or store personnel.
(Select stores) Clean and maintain rental carpet cleaning machines.
Work a flexible work schedule as required to support job requirements.
NON-ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
SKILLS:
Ability to read plan-o-grams
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Sales-support skills
Customer service skills
Planning and organization skills
Basic computer and email user skills
Able to use basic hand tools
Self-motivated starter and team player
Presentable and professional
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Must have reliable transportation, proof of auto insurance and valid driver’s license.
Must have Internet access.
Personal Access t! o functional tools such Smart phone or Smart pad and computer !
Must have ability to work a flexible schedule.
Lift ~50lb. Items occasionally. Frequent bending or stooping, occasionally while lifting objects.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred .
EXPERIENCE:
Prior merchandising and sales-support experience preferred.
