This position will interact with multiple functional areas of the business and gain exposure to a global operations organization.

Summary:
Responsible for maintenance of information technology.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Maintains, installs, and replaces company hard! ware (PC, workstation, network servers, and printers)
• Installs, sets-up, and troubleshoots software (typical Microsoft and business applications, PC and server operating system)
• Installs and troubleshoots new network connections (sign-on's, locked users, wireless, remote access, etc.)
• Assists with JDE ERP issues and troubleshooting
• Assists with on-going department hardware and software planning
• Assists with managing computer hardware and equipment
• Provides support for software application
• Maintains back-up capability
• Maintains plan for disaster recovery
• Creates and provides support for databases

Process Owner's Minimum Requirements:Education:

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Specific skills, knowledg! e, and/or licenses:

• Experience working with the following hardware devices required:
• Personal computers and servers
• Printers and scanners
• Experience working with ERP operating systems along with Microsoft products preferred.
• Knowledge of various hardware and software.
• Knowledge of Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software.
• Attention to detail required.

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Regularly required to talk, hear, use hands, stand and sit for extended periods of time.
• Noise levels are usually quiet, sometimes moderate.
