Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Woodland, CA (Fully Remote)
Contract: 6 months on W2 (possibility of C2H based on performance)
Pay: $18/hr

Job Description:
Initial training will be approximately 5 weeks with timings- 8:00 AM-4:30 PM PST.
After training, you’ll will be assigned with your respective shifts. The call center operates 24/7, so the workers must be available on weekends and to work any shift assigned.
Position Requirements:
- Previous Call Centre experience- 6 months to 1 year
- Quiet workspace with high-speed internet and hard-wired connection at home to take calls.
- High school degree or above is required.
- Good hands-on experience with MS Office.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.
- Should be authorized to work for any employer with US.
- Must pass knowledge check(s) during training- 3 attempts. After third failed attempt, we will terminate.
