Electric - Administrative Assistant - San Diego
The Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Energy Electric Division activities with a specific focus on Cordoba Events. The role involves various responsibilities, including meeting coordination, onboarding support, daily news summary, contracting and invoicing, employee engagement, training and support coordination, activity and task tracking, and assisting in team building efforts, including organizing activities and fostering collaboration among team members.

Responsibilities:- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring all logistics are in place and relevant documentation is prepared.
- Provide onboarding support to new employees, including assisting with paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Prepare daily news summaries related to the energy sector, keeping the team informed about the latest developments and trends.
- Assist with timesheet management of the division.
- Assist with contracting and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, including organizing team events, celebrations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training sessions and provide logistical support for training programs and workshops.
- Track activities and tasks within the division, ensuring deadlines are met and progress is monitored.
- Assist in team building efforts, including organizing activities and fostering collaboration among team members.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Local to San Diego.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Previous experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Education: High School Degree.
- Salary Range: $41,600-$83,200 per year.
