Regional Human Resources Manager:
Provide accurate and timely assistance to multiple offices with the day-to-day operations of the human resources function. In close partnership with the Human Resources team, this role will perform a variety of complex, technical, and administrative duties relating to personnel functions and programs in the areas of employee engagement, performance management, culture and recognition, HR operations, and employee onboarding.

- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discrete, professional manner
- Creative and analytical multitasker, with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong knowledge to employment laws
- Strong working knowledge of compliance
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, seeking guidance when necessary
- Previous construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of Sage People a plus
