Provides assessment and planning for individualized patient care. communicates with physicians about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnos! tic studies. Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Performs general Nursing duties in all Maternal Child Health departments with adequate supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities.
Qualifications
Current State of Utah Registered Nurse license.
Current BLS certification (available after hire).
Current S.T.A.B.L.E. certification and Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) required.
One or more years of recent Newborn Nursery experience
One or more years of recent Labor & Delivery or postpartum experience preferred.
