Zions Bancorporation’s Internal Audit Department seeks an IT Data Analyst that will have the skills and necessary experience to support its data acquisition and analysis needs. Under the direction of ! the Audit Management the incumbent is accountable to:
The development and support of Computer Assisted Audit Tools and Techniques (CAATTs) across the audit organization
Working with team members and Subject Matter Experts or SMEs on identifying, designing, building, and performing analytics to provide additional risk and controls insights for our audit clients
Supporting the enterprise in maintaining an effective system of internal control including a supportive culture which is aligned to the Enterprise’s business objectives and tolerance for risk
Contributing to the Division-wide objective to be an Internal Audit Organization that consistently meets and exceeds client value expectations and be recognized as knowledge experts in risk assessment, internal control and auditing
Knowledge:
BA/BS degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in technology or audit functions including direct relevant experience in d! ata analysis
Strong knowledge of Internal Controls, C! ontrols Testing, and Risk Assessment
Knowledge of computer aided auditing and data analysis
Knowledge of project management principles
Qualifications
Requirements:
Expert analytical and system thinking skills
In-depth project management skills that incorporate change management, business requirements, design (including data flow mapping), prototyping, development, testing, training, and CAATT production support
Proficient in ACL (Audit Command Language), SAS, and/or SQL
Proficiency in Z/OS mainframe including JCL, ISPF, TSO, and ACF2
Ability to undertake self-directed learning to understand processes and systems
Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
Interpersonal communication, negotiating, influencing, and relationship management skills

Ability to work at multiple levels of audit, business, an! d IT management

Good planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities
