England Global Transportation is hiring Night Operations Representative in our Intermodal Division located in Salt Lake City Utah.
The Night Operations in Intermodal Division is responsible for all night operations, temperature monitoring, driver management, customer management, and rail tracking throughout the night.
Pay Range:
First year compensation $35,000 to $40,000. Pay Rates DOE.
Work Schedule:
Two shifts available- Sun â€" Tue & every other Wed from 7:00pm to 7:00am
Responsibilities: RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Track, document, and resolve all temperature issues, rail issues and alarms. Track and document logistical and communication issues. Respond and coordinate with Rail night Customer Service. Communicated and document load needs as appropriate with Customer, Shipper, Receiver. Coordinate emergency fueling and serv! ice needs with Operations. Complete nightly documentation of e! vents. Qualifications: The ideal candidate is professional with excellent communication, management, coaching, leadership and organization skills.
This job is highly demanding and requires patience and professionalism.
Must be organized and engaged with the team. Exceptional multi-tasking skills. Problem solving skill-set. Able to adapt to a changing, constant environment. Transportation industry experience is preferred. Exceptional computer skill-set. Degree, Logistical or Intermodal experience is a plus.
