Plant Controller

Be an integral part of the plant management team
·
Ensure controls are in place to ! safeguard the company's financial assets
·
Create financial transparency to all stakeholders
·
Provide financial analysis for management decisions, that improves business performance
·
Learn the operations and ask questions about what you see
·
Educate plant staff on the financial impact of operational decisions
·
Lead the financial planning and budgeting processes at the plant
·
SAP and Holcim Accounting and Reporting (HARP) specialist at the plant
Educational Criteria
·
Bachelor's degree in business preferred, with emphasis in finance and/or accounting
·
Graduate studies in business management is desirable
·
CPA or CMA certification is a plus

Other Related Experiences Required or Preferred
·
7 â€" 10 years industrial manufacturing experience, in accounting or finance, including process cost control, variance analysis, budget development and management reporting
·
Excellent computer skills, including Excel and Access
·
Experience with SAP or other ERP system is desirable
