Client Executive

A Client Executive is responsible to orchestrate company and client success. This includes helping to resolve product concerns and issues, building and maintaining relationships, consulting on best practices and recommended ! improvements, identifying business growth opportunities, and developing industry and client operation expertise among other things. We look for you to execute your job in the most efficient, proactive, and innovative way possible.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring client satisfaction
- Resolving product concerns and issues
- Business training and consulting with established clients
- Networking and relationship building with client contacts
- Paperwork, including agreement and contract handling
- Light travel may be involved
- Experience in the Multi-family industry is a plus
- High degree of professionalism and dedication to client satisfaction
- Demonstrated proactivity in accomplishing tasks and projects
- Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally, both in writing and speaking
- Experience working with end users in a s! upport and/or training capacity
- Bachelor’s Degree
- $35-$45K to start per year, DOE
- PTO & Paid Holidays
- Monday-Friday during normal business hours
