Description: inSync is at the momment seeking for Customer Service Reps Needed!!! right now, this vacancy will be placed in Utah. Detailed specification about this vacancy opportunity please read the description below. We have 10 contract positions we need to fill!
- Flexibility is needed regarding shift. It can be evenings, mornings, and Saturday.
- Respond to non-routine inquir! ies through phone or e-mail contact with customers and prospects about the Company's products or services.
- Research customer inquiries using existing company resources.
- Use a computer system to track information, questions, answers, and product orders.
- Promote and maintain positive customer relations utilizing Service Excellence techniques.
- May perform minimal selling and promotion of products and services.
- 2-3 years customer service or related experience.
- Looking for candidates who are confident, are good critical thinkers, can deal with not having all the answers before taking a call, are willing to be firm when necessary when it comes to pushing back with our clients and like to dig into all their training docs and unravel hairy problems.
