Suggest additional products and services that will compliment the customer's look and provide them with a complete solution to their need

Communicate about designing complete rooms, add on’s, white glove services, in-home consultations (Sales)
Assist Ops Lead in preparing tools, and any product for in- home services
Hand off warranty claims and replacements to Ops Lead
Work one-on! -one with customers to establish their design needs, working w! ithin their budget to accomplish their vision
Seek out opportunities to complete another space in a customers home during in home consultations
Preferred Candidate Qualifications
A Bachelors or advanced degree preferred
5 years sales experience
Excellent communication skills
Must be willing to work a varied schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
Flexibility to work with systems and processes that are evolving and changing
