Organizational Development DirectorWe have a fantastic opportunity for an OD expert for one of our clients, a very successful division of a Fortune 500 company. The positi! on is located in Salt Lake City.The position will be a senior member of the HR team, reporting to the Vice President of Human Resources. The ODDirector will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing learning strategies throughout the organization, as well as leading efforts in employee engagement and cultural change. This individual must have the ability to work effectively within all levels of the organization and have the leadership savvy and credibility to positively engage and influence key stakeholders.Qualifications: A minimum of 10 to 14 years demonstrated OD experience, preferably in a manufacturing, and/or retail organization.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or equivalent experience in Learning and Organizational Development. Demonstrated ability to develop curriculum aligned to Succession Planning, Employee Development, Service Leadership Training and Policy Development. Success in designing, planning and delivering learning programs! . First class facilitation and training delivery skills.
High credibility as communicator and trusted coach at senior levels. Outstanding communications, both verbal and written. Extensive familiarity with standard principles, theories and concepts in learning and organizational development. Strong expertise with talent management processes.
Ability to work independently and take initiative. Demonstrated proficiency in program design. Superb project management skills. Must be a good planner and a strong, 'hands on' implementer.
