Responsibilities and Duties
The position is for what we call a Clinical Care Coordinator. In our office we help people with large dental revisions, and this requires ongoing coordination with the patient, dental labs, the clinical team, nutritional supplementation and support. This position is responsible for this coordination and working as the liason between the admin and clinical teams in our office. Duties will be answering phones, taking the lead with treatment planning and presenting, some financial arrangements, patient support and ongoing customer service.
Qualifications and Skills
We are looking for a team member that is smart and happy and loves helping people smile every day. Must be organized and a hard worker, as well as a team player that is motivated to make a difference for patients as well as other team members. We require general dental experience, as this person will be answering detailed dental questions daily. Welcome surgical experience as well.
