Skilled Nursing Facilitiy-Utah Veterans
120 bed facility with 4 units of 30 beds each, all private rooms with! some shared accessible bathrooms with walk in showers. Facility accepts only Veteran’s and spouses of Veteran’s.
Facility treats patient’s that have served our country which is an honor. Population varies but we have mostly male patients, about 10% female patients.
Located close to beautiful mountains, ski resorts close by, Pineview Reservoir is about 15 minutes drive with boating and waterskiing. There is hiking, horseback riding, golfing, swimming and many other activities. Ogden has a small city feel with shopping malls, restaurants and safe communities.
New facility in 2010, including therapy equipment. Nicely decorated one level facility with Army, Navy , Air Force, Marine communities and memorabilia. Strong community support. Gym is located at the front of the building with lots of windows and kitchen area.
Assist patients in reaching their maximum level of performance, follow a plan of care to meet patient's goals and needs.! Perform evaluations and assessments, administer treatments an! d screenings, and document services.
